Our Founder Story

Lalitha grew up in a very poor family, where every day was a struggle for survival. Despite the hardships, Lalitha harbored big dreams. She was determined to break free from the cycle of poverty that had gripped her family for generations.
As fate would have it, Lalitha's life took an unexpected turn when she met Bala, a charming man who promised a better life. They got married, and for a while, it seemed like Lalitha's dreams were coming true. However, Bala's demons soon surfaced, and his struggle with alcoholism cast a dark shadow over their home.
Undeterred by the challenges, Lalitha decided that she would not let her dreams be shattered.
She took on odd jobs, worked tirelessly, and saved every penny. Slowly but steadily, Lalitha managed to pull herself out of the abyss of poverty. Her determination was to become a local social worker make a difference in the society
With newfound strength, Lalitha convinced Bala to seek help for his addiction. Together, they embarked on a journey of recovery. Lalitha's unwavering support played a crucial role in Bala's rehabilitation, and as he transformed into a sober and responsible partner, their lives began to take a positive turn.
Inspired by her own experiences, Lalitha decided to give back to the community. She enrolled many social work programs and over time, established a Jevan de-addiction center to help others battling addiction. Her empathy and understanding created a haven for those seeking recovery.
As the de-addiction center flourished, Lalitha's compassion extended to another group in need — the elderly into the Jevan old age home. Witnessing the struggles of the aging population, she founded an old age home that provided not just shelter but a caring community for those who had been forgotten by their families.
